Sourcing Guarantee & Refund Policy
10 DAYS
10 BUSINESS DAYS SOURCING PERIOD
1 VEHICLE
ONE QUALIFYING VEHICLE PRESENTED
100%
OR 100% OF SERVICE FEE REFUNDED
After the onboarding consultation, Get Sourced prepares a final Vehicle Sourcing Scope. The 10-business-day sourcing period begins only after the customer approves this scope.
A qualifying vehicle is a genuinely available vehicle that reasonably satisfies all Essential Requirements in the approved Vehicle Sourcing Scope and is available on the terms presented.
Get Sourced then has 10 business days to identify and present at least one qualifying vehicle. If we cannot do so, the customer receives a 100% refund of their Get Sourced service fee.
Essential Requirements may include condition (new or demonstrator), make/model, variant, model year, maximum drive-away budget and essential specifications.
Preferences are not Essential Requirements. We will try to satisfy preferences, but a vehicle does not need to satisfy every preference to qualify.
If We Find a Vehicle
Business Days
Monday to Friday excluding applicable South Australian public holidays.
If Get Sourced presents at least one qualifying vehicle within the sourcing period, the Sourcing Guarantee has been fulfilled. The customer is not required to purchase it, but choosing not to purchase a qualifying vehicle does not itself create a refund entitlement.
Changes to Your Scope
Availability
Vehicle inventory, pricing and dealer offers can change quickly. A presented vehicle is not reserved unless confirmed by the dealership. Get Sourced is not responsible for changes made by independent dealerships outside our reasonable control.
Customers can request changes. If requirements materially change after sourcing begins, including vehicle, budget, Essential Requirements or timeframe, Get Sourced may prepare a revised scope and agree on a new or extended sourcing period.
Change of Mind
Australian Consumer Law
Once Get Sourced has begun providing the service, change of mind does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. This does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
