Get Sourced provides buyer-side vehicle sourcing and negotiation services, initially for new and demonstrator vehicles. Services may include an onboarding consultation, establishing a Vehicle Sourcing Scope, searching for vehicles, contacting dealerships, comparing offers, negotiating pricing and terms and presenting suitable options. Get Sourced does not sell the vehicle. The customer purchases directly from the selling dealership.

Following onboarding, Get Sourced establishes a final Vehicle Sourcing Scope containing the customer's requirements. Requirements may be classified as Essential Requirements or Preferences. The customer must approve the final scope before the sourcing period begins.

If Get Sourced cannot identify and present at least one genuinely available vehicle reasonably satisfying all Essential Requirements within the sourcing period, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the Get Sourced service fee, subject to the Sourcing Guarantee & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, Get Sourced has 10 business days after approval of the final Vehicle Sourcing Scope to identify and present at least one qualifying vehicle. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding applicable South Australian public holidays.

6. Purchasing

The final purchasing decision remains with the customer. If the customer chooses an option, Get Sourced connects them with the dealership to finalise the purchase, payment, finance, trade-in, registration, collection or delivery.

The customer authorises Get Sourced to contact dealerships and negotiate pricing and terms on their behalf. Get Sourced cannot accept an offer, enter a vehicle purchase agreement, pay a deposit, obtain finance or legally bind the customer unless separately and expressly authorised where legally permitted.

7. No Guaranteed Savings

8. Availability

Get Sourced makes reasonable efforts to obtain competitive offers but does not guarantee a particular saving, discount, lowest price, vehicle availability, delivery date or dealership participation.

Vehicle inventory, pricing and dealer offers can change. A vehicle is not reserved unless confirmed by the dealership.

Material changes to vehicle, budget, Essential Requirements or timeframe may require a revised scope and new or extended sourcing period.

The applicable service fee is displayed before purchase and paid upfront. Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered.

11. Dealerships

Dealerships are independent third parties. Get Sourced operates as an independent buyer advocate and is not an agent, franchise, or representative of selling dealerships.
